• All boarding packages (except  board by the day)  require a 6 month minimum contract.

• Without 6 month boarding contract, Boarding Cost is $400.00 per month per horse minimum.

​

• First month or pro-rated first month and last month's board is due when new boarding agreement is signed.

​

• We offer scheduling of  Vet, Hoof Care, Worming, etc,.. records keeping and complete go between contact  for You and Vet, or Any Specialist. Monthly cost of 10.00 per horse handles it all, and gives you peace of mind.

​

• We have 250 acres of which 100 acres are open pasture filled with lush green mixed grasses. 

​

• We have eight large multi-acre pastures with several smaller pastures.

​

• Each of our pastures have either man made or natural shelter available to our horses at all times.

​

• We rotate pastures to ensure that our horses always have the best grass available to them at all times by allowing each pasture time to rest from grazing .

​

• Free choice White Salt and Mineral Salt is available in all pastures. 

 

• Free choice hay access is available when necessary. 

​

• Grains and additional supplements can be provided to your horse for an additional fee.

​

• We can schedule farm visits with our vet to administer vaccinations*. See Bullet #4 above.

​

• We can schedule visits with our  Hoof Care Specialist for you. See Bullet #4 above.

Our boarders have access to:

• Fully enclosed tack house - 

• Playground with obstacles and toys

• 50' round pen

• Riding arena

• Indoor Lounge area complete with comfortable seating, 

       a microwave, and a refrigerator
