Because of the nature of the crafted items, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Items; We Categorize our home furnishings items into 2 groups.
Non - Standard Items
Building & Shipping;
In Stock Items, Shipping for most In stock items in the U.S.A. is 3 to 5 business days.
Not In Stock Items, after purchase, is 5 to 10 days for the build.
Shipping time as a standard is 3 to 5 days.
Large Items as Coat Racks and Floor Lamps and Some Tables, may take up to 2 to 3 weeks for completion.
Shipping of tall, heavy and bulky items are extremely expensive, cost will researched and be quoted.
Some items like tables, require some assembly.
All Items are packaged with great care for protection.
At Country Life Living - Our desire is to create for you a true one of a kind, heirloom quality item, you can treasure for a lifetime and pass on to your loved ones. We know perfection is incapable, however we strive to do so.
Due to the nature of some of our items, we recommend a phone call to go over the build and also speak about shipping as to what will work best for you. We ask you to keep in mind we are crafting a one of a kind item, there isn't a blanket standard for packaging and shipping.

As with all electronic printing,templates and software programs, what looks perfect on a monitor doesn't mean it's perfect in a tangible form. In most cases printed templates will vary slightly in color transformations and/or in edges. Due to these conditions we do not due returns or refunds on these cases.
If your order is completely wrong due to human error we will do everything in out power to resolve the issue.
SHIPPING, Due to Trucking problems in the U.S. AND THE Covid 19 cases we cannot guarantee exact delivery date. Items will be shipped to you with the utmost care and concern to meet delivery date.
